Unsur Komunikasi Perusahaan? Content Writer, Corporate Communication, dan Press Release

Kalau berbicara mengenai setiap jobdesc yang ada di dalam setiap masing-masing karir, tentunya setiap karir tersebut memiliki pekerjaan yang berbeda satu dengan yang lainnya. Selain itu, setiap jobdesc yang ada pun bisa dibilang unik dan tentunya menyesuaikan beberapa hal bagi setiap individu yang menjalankan karir profesi tersebut. Tak hanya sampai di bagian tersebut saja, hal-hal lainnya yang menentukan seseorang dalam menjalankan profesi yang dilakoninya tersebut juga bisa berdasarkan seperti pendidikan, pengalaman, maupun sertifikasi yang bisa ia dapatkan.

Nah berkaitan dengan apa yang ada diatas tersebut, gue mau menjelaskan sedikit tentang pekerjaan yang saat ini gue lakoni dan gue jalankan. Pada saat ini, gue bekerja di dalam divisi Corporate Communication. Mungkin bagi sebagian orang, mendengar nama Corporate Communication masih asing dibandingkan beberapa divisi seperti Marketing Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, dan sebagainya. Nah secara singkat, Corporate Communication dapat diartikan sebagai salah satu bagian yang penting yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan sebagai alat komunikasi kepada pihak eksternal maupun internal perusahaan dan juga sebagai bagian yang mendukung citra perusahaan di mata publik.

Selanjutnya sebagai bagian yang penting untuk menjaga citra perusahaan dan alat komunikasi perusahaan ke berbagai pihak ini, gue berperan sebagai Content Writer. Ya, gue menunjang divisi ini dengan berbagai tulisan-tulisan yang dipublikasikan kepada publik guna meningkatkan citra perusahaan dan dapat memberikan aspek positif bagi perusahaan itu sendiri.

 

Membuat Press Release Untuk Setiap Aktivitas Perusahaan

Sebagai seorang penulis perseroan, pekerjaan gue tidak jauh-jauh dari kata, tulisan, dan juga konten-konten tulisan yang gue buat. Selain mempunyai pekerjaan membuat tulisan, artikel, maupun materi-materi tulisan yang dibutuhkan oleh perushaan, gue juga menjalankan tugas lainnya di dalam divisi ini.

Beberapa tugas lainnya seperti mengupdate website berita perusahaan, membuat company profile, mengembangkan sosial media perusahaan, dan terkadang terjun ke lapangan untuk membantu tim dalam setiap tugas liputan kegiatan perseroan. Tentunya pekerjaan ini gue lakukan dengan cukup enjoy dan menyenangkan dimana jobdesc ini cukup cocok dengan latar belakang gue yang mana lahir dari sarjana Bahasa Inggris dan magister Ilmu Komunikasi.

Namun dari beberapa jobdesc di atas, ada salah satu hal lainnya yang gue kerjakan untuk perusahaan sebagai seorang Content Writer di divisi Corporate Communciation lho! Salah satu jobdesc tersebut adalah membuat siaran pers atau yang biasanya dikenal dengan sebutan press release.

Ya, press release ini sangat penting sebagai sarana komunikasi perusahaan kepada pihak eksternal seperti publik contohya. Dalam menyiarkan press release, tim gue akan berkoordinasi dengan media-media nasional baik cetak maupun online untuk mempublikasikan siaran pers mengenai berbagai hal yang meliputi perusahaan.

Beberapa hal seperti contohnya pernyataan perusahaan, pernyataan direksi, keterangan terhadap suatu isu yang berkembang, kegiatan korporasi, hingga sanggahan terhadap sebuah berita yang tidak benar adalah hal-hal yang biasanya gue tulis dan dipublikasikan kepada publik lewat press release yang berguna untuk memberikan informasi fakta secara ril dan jelas kepada publik.

Dengan adanya kebutuhan dan kegiatan yang dilakukan tersebut, press release tidak akan terlepas dari divisi Corporate Communication dan juga terutama bagi gue sebagai sang Content Writer untuk menjaga citra korporasi di mata publik umum. Sebuah peran yang sangat krusial bukan?

20 Years! Story of 22 September 1995

Hi guys, it's a little bit long time since i post something about my story in last month. Today, I'm very happy because today is my birthday. I'm very happy because God give me a breath for live until this day, at least until this 20 years old. Other things are I have a great friends in campus, and also now I have so many new friends. It is because there is a freshmen are start they study in our campus. There are so many new friends that I know from semester 1, more know personally about them from semester 3, more closely and solid than before around my friends from semester 5. My life is more colorful now since there are so many peoples with their unique characters and also behaviors. Even the assignments in this fifth semester are more tough and hard, but I'm still gratefull because I have a solid friends in my class and my batch, especially in 5PBI1. And also, I can learn about leadership in my organization, ACES, because I have been elected to be the Head Division of Competition. Well, so many stories that happen for me at this time. So many colour of life that fill my day everyday. Now, I'm 20 years old. Yeah, 20 years old! Now my age is with  the number 2 as a head. Not really old I thinj, it is just a start of more maturity I think. Today, all of my friends are give their birthday greetings for me. I really love you guys, you are still care with me until now. Hmm, since it is my birthday, I want to give you an information about the date of 22 September 1995. Sounds Interesting right? Good morning people en overleefde zondag voor alles of mijn vrienden. It's been a several weeks I didn't post anything on the blog due I focus on the final exam of this third semester. Thank God that I can do the exam pretty well and now is I just hope that I get the best score for every subject then. By the way, due I'm an English Language and Culture department student, have you ever ask in yourself why I choose this department? What are the advantages choosing this subject? How you gonna get a job with this subject and department? Some people asking me about those things for a several times. Well, the answer is simple. I learn English since I was a little kid, maybe around 6 or seven years old and I love learning the language, culture and also the history. The fact is, I don't like anything that related with the numbers, I like anything that related with the words. So, what are the advantages of learning English just like myself now? I give you several things to you for know that what the advantages of learning English are.

The English language is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world, second only to Mandarin. That English is used almost everywhere is only one of the many advantages of learning the language. One of the primary benefits of learning English is that it is often considered the language of global business. The international business community often uses it for communication, even among people who do not speak the same native language. Speaking and understanding English can let a person more easily communicate with others and find more job opportunities not only in his or her home country, but around the world as well. There are also many professional informative publications printed in English, which means it is often an essential language for anyone working in science or research. There are several aspects that English is the important thing to learn and to be understand.

1. Business & Employment Opportunities:

Good evening my fellow reader, today i'd like to post something about song again. Yes, I like to post about music sometime. By the way, I post this music because when I listen this music and findng about the background or the meaning of the music, it is the interesting thing for me. It is a good way to get more knowledge and kill the bored itself. About the music, the name of the song is "Don't Cry for Me Argentina" sung by Madonna. The song itself, well it is a little bit old song. It is recorded on 1976. I give you the background of this song, so you can understand what the meaning of this music due it is have a historical and maybe romantic things to know.

Background :

"Don't Cry for Me Argentina" is a song composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber with lyrics by Tim Rice. It was first recorded by Julie Covington on the 1976 concept album Evita, and was later included in the 1978 stage musical of the same name. Sung by the title character Eva Perón, it appears early in the second act as Evita addresses the crowd from the balcony of the Casa Rosada in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and features a sweeping melody tied to broad emotional themes of regret and defiance, characteristic of Lloyd Webber's most popular songs. The song shares its melody with "Oh What a Circus" and "Eva's Final Broadcast" from the same show. Well, I hope you don't feel bad or blue because of this rain. Today, let's learn about language. I'd like to give an information about 3 alphabet in 3 language, sound interesting right? Yes, let's see this alphabet from 3 different language. This three languages have a similiar words or meaning itself. The 3 languages are Indonesian language, English language and Dutch language. For me, this three languages are related each other. At this time, I know this three languages. As you can see, Indonesian is my mother language, English is my major at college, and Dutch is the language that I learn now too and I'll take a course for this language start on next year. So, as you can see above, that 3 languages are have a similiar and just have a little bit at the pronounce. In fact, these 3 languages are related each other. English - Dutch language are related because it is West-Germanic Languages. And for Indonesian-Dutch language are related because Indonesia is the Dutch colonial and over 350 years, Indonesian people at Dutch period using Dutch language itself.
