According from that data above, we can say that the feeling of out of the blue is come easily with the unexpected by you. This feeling is can easily you feel come in anytime and anywhere. Let's make an example using with my experience. Well, sometimes, i feel out of the blue when I hear about some songs. For example like a love song, romatic song, or some songs that related with my past or any past event in my life. The another example is when you go to some places and you feel miss the moment to come to that place with someone in the past. You feel like nostalgia and you miss the moment. Another example is even you talk tih your friends and they talk about something about maybe your last relationships, maybe your ex, and so on. For them, maybe it feels like a joke and you smile or maybe laugh to hear about that, but in your deep mind and heart, you feel something different. Don't feel this feeling is like a curse for you, just let it flow and enjoy the feeling. It is normal when you feel this feeling you know. There are several things for me it this feeling is come and happen to me. Every person have a different ways to make this feeling gone. For myself, there are several things to make this feel of out the blue gone. I can :
- Go to any places that I like alone and only myself
- Take a ride with my motorcycle to get some fresh air
- Eat anything what I want
- Listening a music
- Singing the song
- Hanging out with my friends sometime
- Sleep
